Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page whenever you like and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Your wallet and portfolio stay on the Free plan after that (the Free plan holds up to 5 open cards; you keep the cards you already have). Nothing is deleted.
What is Plaid?
Plaid is the secure connection service that thousands of financial apps use to link a bank or card account. When you connect a card, you sign in on Plaid’s screen and approve read-only access to that card’s transactions. We use those transactions, together with each card’s earn rates, to update your points.
Do you see my bank password?
No. You enter your bank login only inside Plaid’s window, never on PointsTrkr, and we never receive or store it. We keep an encrypted access token that lets us read card transactions, nothing that can move money. You can disconnect any bank at any time.
Do you read my points balance from my bank?
Not today. Banks and Plaid do not provide rewards balances. You enter a starting balance once and PointsTrkr adds points as your transactions arrive.
What does the founding member price mean?
The first 500 Pro members pay $29 a year, and that price is locked for as long as the subscription stays active. When the 500 are taken, the offer disappears.
Why is there a limit of six linked bank logins?
Each linked bank login costs us money every month. Six covers nearly every wallet, and it lets us keep Pro at this price.
