Terms of service
Effective October 12, 2026. Income Flow Tracker LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.
1. Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Income Flow Tracker LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“we”, “us”), for your use of PointsTrkr, the pointstrkr.com website and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 and live in the United States.
2. What the Service is
PointsTrkr helps you track credit card points balances, estimate their dollar value, monitor statement credits, compare cards and view transfer partners. It is an information and organization tool.
It is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and we are not a bank, card issuer, broker or loyalty program. See our disclaimer.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information.
4. Plans and billing
Free includes manual tracking and public tools. Pro adds automatic syncing through Plaid, credit detection, sign-up bonus tracking, missed-points reports and email alerts. Current prices are shown on our pricing page: Pro is $39 per year or $4.99 per month, and the first 500 Pro members may subscribe as Founding Members at $29 per year.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If we change prices we will give notice, and a change will not apply until your next renewal.
Founding Member pricing is locked at $29 per year for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If it lapses or is canceled, the locked price may no longer be available.
Pro allows up to 6 linked bank logins. We may limit usage that exceeds reasonable bounds.
5. Linking accounts through Plaid
When you link a card, you authorize us, through Plaid, to access read-only account and transaction information for that account. Your use of Plaid is also subject to Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time in Settings. See how we use Plaid data.
We estimate points from transactions using card earn rates we maintain. These are estimates. Issuers may award points differently, and your issuer’s statement and rewards site are always the source of truth.
6. Data accuracy
Card terms, earn rates, credits, transfer partners, ratios, bonuses and point valuations change often and may differ by person, offer or date. We work to cite sources and show when each item was last verified, but we do not guarantee that anything is complete, current or error-free. Verify with the issuer or program before you apply, spend, transfer or redeem. Transfers between programs are usually irreversible.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not: break the law; interfere with or overload the Service; attempt to access other users’ data; scrape, copy or resell our data or valuations at scale without permission; reverse engineer the Service; or use it to link accounts you are not authorized to access.
8. Our content and your data
We own the Service, including our card database, valuations, text, design and software. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own tracking. You keep ownership of the information you enter, and you give us permission to host and process it to provide the Service.
Card names, logos and program names belong to their owners. Their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Plaid, Stripe, Supabase, Resend and Vercel. We are not responsible for their services, and some features may be unavailable when they are down.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCOME FLOW TRACKER LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST POINTS, REWARDS, PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: support@pointstrkr.com.
